About

Christina Raye has been designing jewelry for five years. She began in the industry as a hobbyist, later pushing her to fabricate a gold and silver line for the Gold Concept, which led her to design for Chan Luu Inc. After reaching her potential and gaining the experience necessary, she sought out launching her own line, and taught herself the art of lost wax casting (which can be seen in the ring section). Her immense experience in the industry has made her an experienced and adept jewelry professional. Previous stores that carried Christina Raye include:

Elements Salon, San Luis Obispo
Ambiance Boutique, San Luis Obispo
Rexall Gift Store, Los Osos

Christina Raye blends funky styles with vintage flair with delicate and intricate handy work. All of the pieces are handmade and use semi-precious stones and precious metals. Most of the jewelry are organic in theme emphasizing botanicals and natural elements. Her favorite materials are unusual and typically are whimsical and feminine executions of fashion. She's a trend-setter and always has her finger on the pulse with colors and textures. When you wear a Christina Raye you must be confident and bold since every style encompasses a bit of something unique. Christina Raye is quite eclectic with color schemes, always emphasizing wearing a necklace with dramatic colors and diverse textures to offset it.
Her passion is printed fabrics, mainly French florals, paisley, metallics, and stripes which continuously inspire work. She loves to cook gourmet cuisine which lends itself inspirational for design. Christina Raye believes that the environment makes the creations and if it is plagued with negativity, then nothing great can come out of it. Typically her studio is a fresh and exciting place to be, lain with unusual objects like glass door knobs, reams of fabric, wooden clothes pins, yarn, and antiques which she uses to create a story and a well balanced muse. When you come to Christina Raye trunk shows you should expect extravagance in the food, decor, and of course, the new jewelry styles.
